Am I nuts?

I did it. Yep, signed up for a half marathon. I am going to run the Knoxville Covenant Half Marathon on March 30, 2014....and honestly, I am very excited, and a bit scared, about it. My friend from work signed up too. We are going to use the Hal Higdon half marathon novice 1 training plan. You can find it here.

If you don't have goals to reach for, you won't do great things!



  1. Having a race to train for is great motivation. I think I used one of Hal Higdon's programs. Have fun training for the half!
