The picture says it all.....
I beat my last running pace by 24 seconds! (By the way, I didn't even post my last time at 11:29). I talked to a trainer at work and he told me to forget that breathing technique I was trying to do, and he explained how lengthening your stride can actually slow you down because landing on your heal is like putting the brakes on. So I just focused on breathing whatever felt comfortable. Yay!! Now, I can see some progress!
Funny how when I went out to run, I was thinking this is going to be awful.......
