It has been three weeks since I ran a good long run. I lost some of my momentum in those three weeks. Ten miles today was very tough. I slowed way down, did the run4/walk1 intervals but it was still tough.

Something good about completing a tough run is knowing that you were able to push through it - a confidence builder! That helps during a race!
